Remote French-English Customer Support Representative

About the role

Join a global e‑commerce team as a French‑English Customer Support Representative. Working fully remotely, you will assist customers in French and English, turning inquiries into positive experiences while representing the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions via chat, email and phone in French and English.
• Provide step‑by‑step guidance to resolve technical, order‑related or account issues.
• Maintain accurate records of each interaction in the support platform.
• Share feedback and insights to help improve products and processes.
• Collaborate with a friendly, remote team to ensure consistent service quality.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk or similar ticketing tools.
• Knowledge of Shopify or comparable e‑commerce platforms.
• Use of CRM systems for tracking customer interactions.
