Remote French-English Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are seeking a motivated French‑English Customer Support Representative to join our global, fully remote team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them solve technical or order‑related issues while delivering a friendly, helpful experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in French and English via chat, email, and phone.
• Provide step‑by‑step guidance to resolve technical, product, or order issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our support system.
• Share customer feedback to help improve products and processes.
• Collaborate with a supportive remote team to ensure consistent service quality.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Reliable home office setup: laptop/desktop with i5 or better, high‑speed internet (≥25 Mbps), and a quiet workspace.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar help‑desk tools.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce platforms and CRM systems.
