About the role

As a Registered Nurse in Medical‑Surgical units, you will provide comprehensive patient care using the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation and evaluation while collaborating with patients, families and the health‑care team.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care and monitor clinical status.
• Perform assessments, develop care plans, implement interventions, and evaluate outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with patients, significant others, and multidisciplinary team members.
• Maintain professional nursing standards and documentation.

Required profile

• Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse license or temporary practice permit.
• CPR certification upon hire or obtainable within six months.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts, weekends and holidays.
