Affiliate Mental Health Provider – Canada

About the role

Join the Lyra Health Canada network and help transform access to life‑changing mental health care. As a Lyra Affiliate you will deliver evidence‑based therapy to adults (and optionally children, couples, families) while receiving support from dedicated case managers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide virtual counselling sessions using a secure platform and maintain detailed clinical notes.
• Manage clinical risk, respond to crises, and adhere to Lyra’s protocols and service level standards.
• Collaborate with Lyra’s case managers and use the matching algorithm to connect with compatible clients.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in a relevant clinical mental health field and current license to practice therapy in Canada.
• 3–5 years post‑graduate experience delivering structured counselling or psychotherapy.
• Full registration with the relevant professional college, with no disciplinary actions.
• Experience with evidence‑based treatments such as ACT, CBT, CPT, or DBT.

Required skills

• Proficiency in ACT, CBT, CPT, and DBT therapeutic modalities.
• Ability to conduct measurement‑based care and promote skills practice.
