Recruiter – Talent Acquisition

About the role

Brandt Corporate Services Ltd. is looking for a proactive Recruiter to join its HR team in Regina, SK. The role will support the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying staffing needs to onboarding new hires, ensuring a smooth and compliant hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the approval‑to‑hire process, ensuring requests are routed through management and senior executives for review.
• Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs, craft job descriptions and advertisements.
• Coordinate with marketing and advertising teams to create and post job ads across recruitment websites and media.
• Manage relationships with third‑party recruiting agencies and foreign recruiters to fill positions.
• Support branches in organizing and participating in career fairs.
• Screen applicants, review resumes, conduct preliminary interviews and forward qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Track interview process status and maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare employment contracts and offer letters, obtain necessary approvals, and extend offers.
• Facilitate onboarding and integration of new employees.
• Collaborate with Payroll to set up new, transferred, and promoted staff in company systems.
• Compile monthly recruitment cost reports and maintain recruitment documentation.
• Stay up‑to‑date with company structure, personnel policies and employment legislation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment law and best practices.
• Ability to work closely with hiring managers and senior leadership.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented with ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
