About the role

MAVI is building the world’s largest network of top‑tier finance talent and needs a proactive Recruiter to own end‑to‑end hiring for its internal teams. You will partner directly with founders and hiring managers to design hiring strategies, build scalable processes, and attract exceptional talent globally.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruitment for technical and non‑technical roles across the company.
• Collaborate with founders and hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring priorities.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies with a focus on LATAM and exposure to APAC and other markets.
• Build and nurture proprietary talent pipelines using creative, non‑traditional sourcing methods.
• Screen, vet, and interview candidates, ensuring alignment with MAVI’s hiring standards.
• Define, track, and improve recruitment KPIs such as time‑to‑hire and quality of hire.
• Introduce automation and process efficiencies in sourcing, screening, and hiring workflows.
• Serve as a thought partner on talent strategy, market insights, and best practices.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of end‑to‑end recruiting experience, preferably with some leadership or ownership responsibilities.
• Proven ability to hire both technical and non‑technical roles in fast‑paced environments.
• Strong sourcing expertise across multiple geographies, especially LATAM (APAC experience a plus).
• Data‑driven mindset with experience defining and tracking recruitment metrics.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
• Builder mindset: adaptable, proactive, humble, and motivated to deliver high‑quality outcomes.
