Project Manager, Marketing & Branding

About the role

Madison Group is looking for a highly organized and strategic Project Manager to lead marketing and branding campaigns that shape the perception of its residential and commercial developments. You will coordinate creative workflows, manage timelines, and ensure every initiative aligns with the company’s brand objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute integrated marketing and branding campaigns across multiple channels.
• Collaborate with creative, digital, content, social media, product, vendor, consultant, and agency partners to deliver cohesive campaigns.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, delivery schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Monitor progress, provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders, and facilitate campaign planning meetings.
• Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and company objectives.
• Track campaign KPIs, generate performance reports, and identify optimization opportunities.
• Oversee launches, brand initiatives, events, and multi‑channel campaigns from concept through completion.
• Maintain organized documentation, asset libraries, and project‑management systems.
• Write compelling copy for collateral, presentations, and campaign assets.
