Senior Manager, Strategy & Insights

About the role

Reporting directly to the Director of Strategy & Insights, this senior manager will partner with Marketing, Sales, Trade Marketing, Category Management and Revenue Management to embed consumer centricity across the business. The role leverages data and research to uncover growth opportunities and shape both short‑term and long‑term consumer strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Drive consumer empathy and use data to identify category growth opportunities.
• Synthesize primary and syndicated consumer tracking research to generate actionable insights.
• Set and implement short‑term and long‑term consumer strategies that increase volume and profit.
• Oversee a team focused on category growth, consumer strategy, and cross‑functional planning.
• Design, execute, and manage research studies and consumer segment learning plans.
• Collaborate with analytics teams to develop predictive growth models and pilot measurements.

Required profile

• University degree in Business, Statistics, Consumer Research, Media or related field; Master’s or MBA preferred.
• 6+ years of consultancy or research experience, preferably in CPG, with prior strategy or brand management and people‑management experience.
• Experience in analytics, data strategy or transformation initiatives.
• Deep knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, including panel data.
• Proven ability to manage complex research projects and present insights to senior audiences.
