Communications Internship – 15‑Week Summer Program

About the role

The 15‑week Communications Internship offers hands‑on experience working on meaningful projects within Labatt’s Corporate Affairs team. Interns collaborate on corporate communications, brand PR, ESG/CSR strategies and more, gaining exposure to senior leaders and real‑world media work.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate on a project in areas such as corporate communications, internal communications, brand PR strategy, or ESG/CSR strategy.
• Track and monitor media coverage and corporate campaigns aligned with the communications strategy.
• Assist in coordinating corporate announcements, senior leaders' calls, stakeholder‑relations events and internal events.
• Conduct research on the media competitive landscape and influencer landscape.
• Develop press materials, including writing/reviewing press releases, reviewing social media content, and tracking campaigns.
• Craft and deliver an end‑of‑internship presentation to the Corporate Affairs team.
