Project Manager – Construction

About the role

Wildstone Construction is looking for a Project Manager to lead ICI construction projects in remote locations across western and northern Canada. You will own each project from award through closeout, guiding the team, managing budgets, and ensuring timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of project schedule, budget, billing, and client relationships.
• Lead on‑site teams, coordinate trade partners, and maintain clear communication with clients.
• Monitor project financials, manage change orders, and implement corrective plans when needed.
• Develop and mentor Project Coordinators, fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Follow Wildstone’s processes and contribute improvements.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in ICI construction, including time as a Junior PM or PM.
• EIT or P.Eng. designation in Civil Engineering, or equivalent education and experience.
• Proven ability to manage project financials, job costing, and change orders.
• Strong communication skills and sound judgment for escalation decisions.

Required skills

• Procore or similar project management platform.
