Project Coordinator – Construction

About the role

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join Wildstone Construction’s team in Whitehorse. In this role you will support Project Managers throughout the lifecycle of construction projects, handling administrative, documentation and logistics tasks to keep sites running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Manage submittals, change orders, RFIs and distribute shop drawings to ensure up‑to‑date information.
• Coordinate procurement and logistics, guaranteeing that materials and equipment arrive on schedule.
• Maintain project documentation in Procore and other platforms, tracking progress and issues.
• Visit construction sites, liaise with Superintendents and crews, and address on‑site concerns.
• Align with trade partners and vendors to secure the right resources for each project.
