Bull Crew Coordinator

About the role

The Bull Crew Coordinator oversees union labour on construction sites, ensuring sites are clean, safe and ready for work while coordinating labour movements and responding to emergencies.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and maintain sites in a clean, organized manner, including equipment moves, road cleaning, dust control and surface preparation.
• Move union labour between multiple construction sites as needed, providing consistent support and coordination.
• Oversee labourers to ensure work follows schedules, safety protocols and union agreements.
• Verify that labourers operate basic construction equipment only when qualified and that training records are up‑to‑date.
• Respond to emergencies to maintain safety and continuity of site operations.
• Communicate with supervisors and team members to balance labour resources and keep project workflow smooth.
• Review work tickets or timesheets and promote a collaborative, accountable team environment.

Required profile

• Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field (relevant experience may substitute).
• 3‑5 years proven experience in large, complex construction or industrial projects.
• Knowledge of construction processes, material handling and site preparation.
• Valid Ontario G or G2 driving licence.
• Ability to manage multiple locations and shifting priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem‑solving, organisational and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols.
