Production Manager

About the role

Modulex Group is looking for a detail‑oriented Production Manager to support production scheduling, inventory management, print production, and project coordination. The role combines hands‑on equipment operation with project oversight to ensure high‑quality visual communication solutions are delivered on time.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare files, typeset, and set up artwork using Adobe Illustrator; match colours with Pantone and paint references.
• Operate and maintain HP Latex 300 Series printers, Onyx RIP software, Sigmont 65H laminator, and Graphtec/Summa vinyl plotters.
• Perform vinyl production tasks: cutting, weeding, masking, trimming, and application to various substrates.
• Assemble components following supplier instructions and detailed drawings; conduct light‑installation work as needed.
• Review project documentation, schedule production tasks, monitor status, and communicate any impacts.
• Maintain inventory levels, generate purchase orders, and coordinate with suppliers.
• Handle shipping and receiving, organize materials per project requirements, and operate basic hand tools.
• Support process improvements, new operational procedures, and safety policies.
