Production Helper

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Production Helper to join our meat processing and packaging plant. You will work on the shop floor, supporting machine operators and ensuring smooth flow of raw materials, finished products, and packaging.

Key responsibilities

• Transport raw materials, finished products and packaging materials throughout the plant.
• Measure and dump ingredients into hoppers of mixing and grinding machines.
• Feed flattened boxes into forming machines to construct containers.
• Remove filled containers from conveyors and manually pack goods into bags, boxes or other containers.
• Load and unload processing machines and check products and packaging for basic quality defects.
• Assist process control and machine operators in their duties.
• Clean machines and immediate work areas.

Required profile

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and maintain manual dexterity.
• Comfort standing for extended periods, bending, crouching and kneeling.
• Attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment.
• Physical strength to handle loads up to 100 lb (45 kg) and occasional heavier items.
• Team player with reliable interpersonal skills.
