About the role

We are launching a world‑class electric‑vehicle battery plant in Granby and need a Production Supervisor to lead the first shift teams. The role starts in October 2026 and is responsible for meeting safety, quality, productivity and performance targets while guiding the crew through the plant’s start‑up phase.

Key responsibilities

• Lead production activities for the assigned shift, coordinating personnel and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health‑safety, quality standards and operating procedures.
• Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions to achieve targets.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and support process start‑up and stabilization.
• Coach, develop and motivate team leaders, technicians and operators.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives for process efficiency and product quality.
• Maintain clear communication between the shop floor and other departments.

Required profile

• DEP, DEC or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory or team‑lead experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong ability to mobilize and develop teams.
• Excellent communication, organization and problem‑solving skills.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑growing setting.
• Commitment to health‑safety, quality and continuous improvement.
