Pouch Operator – Evening Shift (Full Time)

About the role

The Pouch Operator works the evening shift to set up and run pouch‑making machines that convert laminated films into high‑quality pouches. This full‑time position requires flexibility, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, and operate pouch machines according to job specifications and run data.
• Monitor line speeds, scrap rates, and set‑up times to meet or exceed standards.
• Perform minor machine maintenance such as changing zipper cloth, dies, seal bars, and punches.
• Conduct quality tests (burst, drop, water‑table) and record results.
• Identify and correct defects or malfunctions during production.
• Complete required documentation, production reports, and data entry.
• Assist assistant operators with stacking, marking, packing, and transporting finished boxes.
• Participate in changeovers, preventive maintenance, and housekeeping tasks.
• Report maintenance needs and unsafe conditions to engineering or supervisors.

Required profile
