Digital Press Operator – Evening Shift (Full Time)

About the role

The Digital Press Operator works the HP Indigo 200K and 25K wide‑web presses on the evening shift, ensuring high‑quality output, maximum machine uptime and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Set up the press, load material rolls and maximize uptime.
• Perform color calibrations and monitor print quality throughout production.
• Verify job specifications against the job ticket before printing.
• Execute daily and weekly maintenance; report repairs and open service calls with HP technical support.
• Enter production, consumption and waste data into Microsoft NAV ERP.
• Supply printed rolls to the lamination department and keep the pressroom clean.
• Communicate with Pre‑press, Converting, and other departments as needed.
• Assist with pouch, slitting and lamination tasks when required.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience operating HP Indigo digital presses (HP 20000 & 25000 preferred).
• Strong mechanical and mathematical aptitude, including the ability to read a ruler.
• Computer literacy for completing production documentation on both digital and paper forms.

Required skills

• HP Indigo 200K press operation.

• Microsoft NAV ERP data entry.
• Routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
