Plant Manager – Manufacturing Operations Leader

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Plant Manager to lead our manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will drive production efficiency, uphold quality standards, and champion continuous‑improvement initiatives across the plant.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all plant functions including production, quality control, safety, and maintenance.
• Implement lean manufacturing and other continuous‑improvement methodologies to boost productivity and reduce waste.
• Manage supply‑chain activities, ensuring timely material procurement and optimal inventory levels.
• Utilize ERP systems such as SAP and MRP software for production planning, scheduling, and monitoring.
• Lead process‑optimization projects to enhance product quality and operational performance.
• Supervise assembly operations while enforcing safety standards and procedural compliance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to streamline processes and support new product development.
• Track and report key performance indicators related to efficiency, quality, and safety.

Required profile

• Proven experience in manufacturing management or plant supervision.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment and oversee maintenance.
• Expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar continuous‑improvement frameworks.
• Familiarity with supply‑chain management, MRP systems, and inventory control.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or related field (experience may substitute).
