Plant Manager

About the role

Prism Care Corporation is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead its manufacturing facility that produces natural cleaning products under the Eco-Max brand. The role is responsible for executing the plant’s operational strategy from order receipt through delivery, driving continuous improvement and ensuring product quality.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate to execute the operational strategy aligned with company objectives.
• Directly lead functional areas including production planning, compounding, packaging, warehouse, logistics and maintenance.
• Monitor performance, prepare detailed KPI reports and implement corrective actions.
• Manage capital projects, equipment research and analysis, and budgetary responsibilities across operational areas.
• Oversee quality throughout manufacturing and shipping to maintain standards to customer delivery.
• Lead preventative maintenance programs and daily plant start‑up and shut‑down.
• Foster a culture of quality, continuous improvement, safety and accountability.
• Develop and deliver employee training, conduct performance management and handle hiring for plant staff.
• Maintain effective communication across all organizational levels.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in manufacturing or supply‑chain operations.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Strong analytical skills and a track record of implementing process improvements.
• Commitment to safety, quality and environmental responsibility.
• Willingness to work on‑site during standard hours (7:30 am – 4:30 pm, Mon‑Fri) and additional time as needed.
