About the role
We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead our manufacturing facility. The role involves overseeing all aspects of plant operations, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring a safe, compliant work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage plant operations including budgeting, production scheduling and inventory control.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team with a continuous‑improvement mindset.
- Analyze production costs and inventory data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety, regulatory and company policies.
- Examine processes and design plans to optimise resource utilisation.
- Monitor key performance indicators and drive results.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in plant management and manufacturing operations.
- Strong analytical abilities and data‑driven decision making.
- Excellent communication, management and supervisory skills.
