About the role
The Placement Agency Manager will lead the operations of our staffing services, ensuring efficient delivery to business clients. This role combines administrative oversight, client relationship management, and team leadership to drive business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze administrative issues and provide support to employees.
- Plan, organize, and oversee the operations of the placement agency.
- Hire, train, motivate, and supervise a team of more than 20 staff members.
- Develop and manage budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies.
- Provide expertise in responding to client needs and market business services.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 2 to less than 3 years of experience in employment agency services.
- Proven ability to supervise and motivate a team of 20+ employees.
