Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

VennVenn is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to lead paid acquisition efforts for Canada’s fastest‑growing B2B fintech. You will own the end‑to‑end strategy, execution, and optimisation of paid campaigns across multiple channels, driving new customer acquisition while reducing cost per acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage paid campaign strategy to meet acquisition targets and lower CAC.
• Run growth experiments on emerging channels to uncover scalable acquisition paths.
• Own operations, optimisation, and execution across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta and other paid platforms.
• Test, analyse, and optimise campaigns on a per‑channel basis to improve ROI.
• Collaborate with product, partnerships, design and other cross‑functional teams to integrate growth initiatives.
• Use data and experimentation to iterate on campaigns and report insights.
• Support go‑to‑market strategies for new product launches, shaping messaging and channel mix.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in performance, growth or acquisition marketing, preferably in a startup environment.
• Proven track record managing paid search and social campaigns (Google, Bing, Meta) with measurable CAC and ROAS results.
• Hands‑on experience in campaign execution, optimisation and scaling.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to run tests and iterate quickly.
• Excellent collaboration skills with product, partnerships and design teams.
