Performance Content Creator

About the role

We are looking for a Performance Content Creator to join Signifly’s Montreal team. You will produce high‑volume, high‑impact content that fuels both paid and organic campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and more. The role is hands‑on, fast‑paced and data‑driven, with a focus on turning briefs and performance insights into creative assets that generate clicks, engagement and conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Create static, video, motion and copy assets at speed for paid and organic channels.
• Translate briefs, ideas or performance data into content without over‑polishing.
• Adapt content to the specific formats, trends and best practices of each platform (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Meta Ads, Google Display, etc.).
• Collaborate with growth marketers, creatives and strategists to maintain a steady flow of testable assets.
• Produce multiple variations (hooks, edits, formats) to support rapid testing and optimization.
• Iterate continuously using performance metrics and feedback loops.
• Handle editing, resizing and repurposing tasks across formats using content‑creation tools.
• Contribute to a culture of speed, experimentation and digital‑trend awareness.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in content creation, social media or performance‑focused production, either in‑house or agency.
• Proven ability to deliver content quickly across image, video, short‑form and motion formats.
• Comfort working from light briefs and taking ownership of the end‑to‑end production process.
• Strong curiosity about platform dynamics and emerging digital trends.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite or comparable content‑creation software.
