Growth Marketing Consultant

About the role

Signifly is looking for an entrepreneurial Growth Marketing Consultant to help its clients scale online. You will design, test, and optimise digital marketing funnels that deliver measurable ROI across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Identify client needs and translate them into actionable growth strategies.
• Build, test, and improve marketing funnels using SEM, social media advertising, email marketing flows and conversion rate optimisation (CRO).
• Collaborate with in‑house creative, design, development and production teams to execute campaigns.
• Analyse performance data, generate insights and provide strategic recommendations to clients.
• Run experiments, formulate hypotheses and iterate based on data‑driven results.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of experience in growth, demand generation or digital marketing, preferably in an agency or consulting environment.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on ROI and test‑and‑learn methodology.
• Excellent analytical and structured thinking, able to turn findings into clear recommendations.
• Passion for digital products, innovative business models and technology trends.
• Team‑player who enjoys building strong internal relationships and a vibrant community.
