Packer Feeder – Manufacturing Role

About the role

The Packer Feeder position is a hands‑on manufacturing role at Mondelēz International’s Toronto snack production facility. You will operate and maintain dedicated equipment, applying autonomous and progressive maintenance standards to help meet safety, quality, cost and delivery targets.

Key responsibilities

• Independently operate assigned packaging and feeding equipment on a rotating day‑afternoon shift.
• Perform autonomous maintenance (AM) and progressive maintenance (PM) tasks according to established standards.
• Monitor line performance, identify losses, and report equipment issues.
• Execute standard work processes while ensuring compliance with safety and quality procedures.
• Collaborate with coaches and team members to continuously improve system performance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Manufacturing experience, preferably in food or pharmaceutical environments.
• Ability to read and write effectively in English.
• Strong teamwork skills in a diverse workplace.

Required skills
