Wide Format Print Lead

About the role

StickerYou is seeking an experienced Wide Format Print Lead to manage its 24/7 wide‑format production team in Toronto. This hands‑on leadership position ensures safe, efficient, and high‑quality output while supporting operators with technical troubleshooting and process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support a multi‑shift wide‑format production team, overseeing daily priorities, workflow, quality, and output.
• Operate and troubleshoot wide‑format printers such as Epson S9170, Epson S80600/S80600L, Mimaki UVHP R2000, and UV DTF equipment.
• Manage colour consistency, profiles, substrates, RIP settings, and overall print quality.
• Run and maintain the Zund S3 L‑1200 digital cutting system.
• Train operators on printing, cutting, equipment, and production processes.
• Track KPIs (productivity, quality, downtime, attendance, on‑time production) and conduct performance reviews.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Identify and implement improvements to boost productivity, reduce downtime, and optimise material usage.
• Collaborate with IT, product teams, vendors, and other departments to resolve technical issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital or wide‑format printing, preferably in a production leadership role.
• Proven ability to supervise a 24/7 production team.
• Strong hands‑on expertise with wide‑format digital printing equipment.
• Solid knowledge of colour management and digital print workflows.
