About the role
Join Intelcom | Dragonfly’s fast‑moving warehouse team as a Package Handler. You will play a direct part in sorting and preparing parcels for delivery, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in a high‑tempo environment.
Key responsibilities
- Unload trailers and verify freight against manifests.
- Manually load freight onto conveyors and operate powered conveyors.
- Use power or manual jacks to organize shipments and feed sort lines.
- Sort, scan, and handle parcels according to the sort plan using handheld devices.
- Place packages in designated areas for delivery or line‑haul teams.
- Stage sorted freight in the load‑out area and validate scans to reduce mis‑sorts.
- Perform cleaning, housekeeping, and safety inspections.
- Lift items up to 50 lb (23 kg) and assist with pallet building, wrapping, and transport.
Required profile
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lb repeatedly.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule of at least three days per week, including weekends.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced warehouse setting.
Required skills
- Operate handheld scanning devices.
- Use power/manual jacks safely.
