Supply Chain Coordinator – Time Entry Operations (10-month contract)

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Supply Chain Coordinator to support a large‑scale operational project in Calgary. The role focuses on the deployment and sustainment of Detailed Time Entry (DTE) processes, ensuring accurate daily time entry across multiple sites.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to manage contractor onboarding/off‑boarding, purchase‑request and purchase‑order workflows, and invoicing.
• Document site‑specific requirements, support system integrations, and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) while logging defects.
• Maintain daily time‑entry operations, monitor system errors, troubleshoot issues for users and suppliers, and enforce data integrity.
• Provide bilingual (English/French) support to suppliers and internal stakeholders, including training on time‑entry tools.
• Generate and analyse reports on time‑entry discrepancies, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.
• Assist IT teams with system enhancements, upgrades, and interface monitoring.

Required profile

• Experience in supply chain, system coordination, or enterprise‑process support.
• Hands‑on experience with transactional or enterprise systems and contractor onboarding processes.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced project environment and communicate effectively in both English and French.

Required skills

• MyTrack or similar time‑entry tools.
• System integrations and User Acceptance Testing.
• Defect tracking.
• Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• ERP systems such as SAP (asset).
