About the role
The Office Coordinator will support the daily administrative functions of a transportation company, ensuring smooth office operations and compliance with internal procedures. This onsite position requires strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures.
- Delegate tasks to office support staff and monitor their execution.
- Set work priorities, enforce deadlines, and ensure procedures are followed.
- Carry out general administrative activities for the office.
- Assist in preparing the operating budget, maintain inventory, and control budgetary limits.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain records.
- Train and onboard new staff members.
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative processes.
- Resolve conflict situations among staff.
- Manage payroll administration.
Required profile
- Secondary (high school) graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 2 years of relevant administrative experience.
- Proficiency in English.
- Ability to work onsite at the company’s physical location.
- Experience in a transportation or logistics environment is a plus.
