Package Handler

About the role

Join Intelcom | Dragonfly’s fast‑moving warehouse team as a Package Handler. You will play a direct part in sorting and preparing parcels for delivery, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in a high‑tempo environment.

Key responsibilities

• Unload trailers and verify freight against manifests.
• Manually load freight onto conveyors and operate powered conveyors.
• Use power or manual jacks to organize shipments and feed sort lines.
• Sort, scan, and handle parcels according to the sort plan using handheld devices.
• Place packages in designated areas for delivery or line‑haul teams.
• Stage sorted freight in the load‑out area and validate scans to reduce mis‑sorts.
• Perform cleaning, housekeeping, and safety inspections.
• Lift items up to 50 lb (23 kg) and assist with pallet building, wrapping, and transport.

Required profile

• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lb repeatedly.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule of at least three days per week, including weekends.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced warehouse setting.

Required skills

• Operate handheld scanning devices.
