About the role
Join COBS Bread as an Overnight Baker, starting your shift at 2 am in Port Moody. You’ll be part of a small, dedicated team that prepares fresh artisan breads and treats for the community each day.
Key responsibilities
- Follow detailed recipes and production schedules to mix, shape, and bake dough.
- Maintain a clean and organized bakery environment throughout the shift.
- Measure ingredients accurately and operate ovens safely.
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure a smooth workflow and high‑quality products.
Required profile
- Early‑riser who can work independently or within a small team.
- Positive attitude with strong organizational habits.
- Commitment to the bakery’s success and personal development.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting up to 22 kg and reaching.
Required skills
- Baking – knowledge of dough handling, mixing, shaping, and oven operation.
