Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead

About the role

The Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead will design and execute change strategies for a multi‑year enterprise ERP transformation. Reporting to senior leadership, the role works closely with project teams, HR, and business stakeholders to ensure the organization is ready, engaged, and capable of adopting new processes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement OCM strategies supporting the ERP implementation.
• Conduct readiness, stakeholder, and impact assessments across business units.
• Create comprehensive change plans covering communication, sponsorship, learning, coaching, and resistance management.
• Partner with executive sponsors and project leaders to secure commitment and drive adoption.
• Prepare leaders and subject‑matter experts to communicate updates and changes effectively.
• Collaborate with HR, Learning & Development, Talent Management, and the corporate OCM office to deliver integrated solutions.
• Coach project managers, business leads, and senior leaders on change leadership and stakeholder engagement.
• Identify risks and adoption barriers, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor change effectiveness.
• Produce executive presentations, communication materials, training content, and progress reports.
• Facilitate sustainment planning to ensure long‑term benefits.

Required profile

• Extensive experience leading change initiatives for complex enterprise transformations.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Strong analytical skills for readiness and impact assessments.
• Excellent communication and coaching capabilities.
