About the role
A Bread Affair is seeking an experienced administrative professional to join its Order Desk team in Langley. This busy, fast‑paced part‑time role handles customer orders, multiple computer systems, and shifting priorities, with shifts on Tuesday and Thursday mornings.
Key responsibilities
- Process and update customer orders accurately.
- Respond to customer emails and calls professionally.
- Enter and maintain data, spreadsheets, and records.
- Communicate order changes with internal teams.
- Assist with inventory, ordering, and customer issues.
- Manage multiple priorities and resolve routine problems independently.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of office or administrative experience.
- Strong written communication and attention to detail.
- Organized, accurate, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to learn new software quickly.
Required skills
- Microsoft Excel (including basic formulas).
- Microsoft Word.
- Keyboard shortcuts and file management.
