About the role
We are seeking an Administrative Officer to lead and streamline our office operations at Kim's Choice Food Inc. The role involves implementing procedures, managing resources, and supporting staff to ensure efficient daily functions.
Key responsibilities
- Implement new administrative procedures and ensure compliance with deadlines.
- Delegate tasks to office support staff and coach them.
- Coordinate office services including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, parking, maintenance and security.
- Assist in preparing the operating budget, maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic reports, manuals and correspondence.
- Oversee payroll administration and resolve conflict situations.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant administrative experience.
