About the role
Bosch Rexroth is seeking a dynamic National Sales Manager to lead its Mobile Applications sales team across Canada. You will drive profitable revenue growth, expand market share, and ensure high customer satisfaction for our mobile hydraulics solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute national sales strategies to exceed revenue and profitability targets.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of seven sales professionals, fostering a customer‑centric culture.
- Recruit, train, and manage both field and internal sales teams.
- Build and oversee indirect sales channels and partner networks.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies.
Required profile
- Proven experience in national sales leadership, preferably in industrial or hydraulic sectors.
- Strong track record of achieving revenue and market‑share growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Ability to travel across Canada as needed.
