About the role
AVEVA, a global leader in industrial software, is seeking a Senior Channel Account Manager for its Eastern Canada territory. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth through new major accounts and expanding usage within existing key accounts.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain trusted‑advisor relationships with distributor principals.
- Lead consultative engagements with distribution partners to analyse performance and identify joint growth opportunities.
- Conduct scenario analytics and planning in a fast‑paced environment.
- Present findings and detailed recommendations to partners and internal stakeholders.
- Identify and engage key Systems Integrators to promote AVEVA’s portfolio.
- Update top AVEVA customers in the region on product benefits and roadmap.
- Allocate 60‑75% of time to customer/partner‑facing activities.
- Create scorecards, co‑plan with distributors, and set mutual performance targets.
- Develop data‑driven channel execution strategies to increase market share.
- Share best practices internally and externally and engage with industry associations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree with 8‑10 years of relevant experience (Master’s a plus).
- Proven track record in channel sales and account management.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to work iteratively.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
