About the role
Accenture is looking for a Sales Capture Specialist focused on the Energy sector. In this role you will support the sales team in shaping complex deals, building business cases, and translating client priorities into actionable opportunities. You will receive extensive on‑the‑job training to develop expertise in sales capture and value creation.
Key responsibilities
- Provide origination support for C‑suite pitches and develop indicative business cases using Accenture’s Value Insight Platform.
- Scan public data and collaborate with client teams to formulate a point of view on client business priorities.
- Map client challenges to Accenture solutions and articulate the “art of the possible” with associated value.
- Support pursuit management, including sales strategy creation, message house development, win theme definition, and coordination of key buying events.
- Manage action items, coordinate client events, and escalate issues to the Sales Lead.
- Integrate outcomes from solution work streams, including pricing, legal, and proposal management.
Required profile
- Strong interest in learning and developing a career in sales capture and consulting.
- Ability to analyze public data and synthesize insights for client presentations.
- Good judgment and willingness to seek guidance on complex problems.
- Effective communication and coordination skills to work with cross‑functional teams.
Required skills
- Experience with Accenture’s Value Insight Platform (or similar analytical tools).
