About the role
We are hiring immediately for a retail sales associate, which we call an advisor at Best Buy. As a retail sales associate, you will be the face of Best Buy for everyone who visits our stores.
Key responsibilities
- Help customers find the perfect product or service and respond to their questions.
- Create an amazing customer experience.
- Share your passion for tech and your product knowledge.
Required profile
- Enthusiasm to welcome and assist customers.
- Flexibility to adapt to dynamic situations in a fast‑paced environment.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and fun working environment.
- Must be at least the age of majority (18 or 19 depending on province) to process mobile activations.
