About the role

Join Rona’s Millworks team in Calgary as a part‑time sales associate. You will help DIY enthusiasts and contractors find the right products, turning their project ideas into reality while delivering a friendly, knowledgeable store experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Assess customer needs and provide specialized product advice.
• Demonstrate merchandise, highlight features, and suggest complementary items.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, including displays, signage, and labeling.
• Stay up‑to‑date on new products, technical applications, promotions, and flyers.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets and follow loss‑prevention and health‑safety policies.
• Perform additional tasks to keep the store operating smoothly.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar sales or retail role.
• Strong customer‑service orientation.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to understand product specifications.
