Sales Development Program – Sales Capture Specialist

About the role

The Sales Development Program at Accenture is designed for professionals eager to build a career in consulting and technology services sales. You will join the Sales Capture team, gaining hands‑on experience in complex deal shaping and client engagement across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Develop sales strategies, message houses, win themes and support key buying events.
• Manage sales pursuits, proposal creation and the end‑to‑end sales process.
• Coordinate action items, client events and escalations with sales leadership.
• Map client business priorities to Accenture offerings and lead opportunities through pricing and negotiation.
• Support oral presentations, drive close plans and travel up to 50% as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of sales, pursuit or account‑management experience in consulting or technology services.
• At least 1 year of project or programme management experience.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and collaboration tools.
• Fluent English; experience with clients in sectors such as Communications, Media & Technology, Financial Services, Health & Public Service, Products or Resources.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant industry experience is a plus.
