Marketing Project Manager

About the role

As a Marketing Project Manager you will join the Marketing Design & Operations team at TCGplayer, an eBay company dedicated to the trading card game community. You will partner with cross‑functional collaborators from marketing, partnerships and other departments to drive projects that support the brand’s growth and strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans that define tasks, timelines, resources and milestones for marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate the execution of multiple simultaneous projects, overseeing the full lifecycle from initiation to completion.
• Facilitate alignment across cross‑functional teams, ensuring timely delivery and clear communication.
• Utilise project‑management software to structure work for remote teams across multiple time zones.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and implement corrective actions to keep initiatives on track.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to tailor messages to diverse audiences.
• Highly meticulous, proactive and capable of prioritising without losing sight of the bigger picture.
• Experience managing complex initiatives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project‑management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira).
• Ability to create detailed project documentation and status reports.
