Marketing Manager - Four Seasons Private Jet Experience

About the role

TCS World Travel, which runs luxury jet tours and bespoke travel experiences including the Four Seasons Private Jet Experience, is hiring a Marketing Manager in Ontario, Canada. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will lead the marketing strategy for the Four Seasons Private Jet Experience, driving demand and strengthening brand presence through integrated, multi-channel campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run integrated marketing plans aligned with annual business goals and itinerary sales targets
• Work with the Four Seasons marketing team, agencies and vendors to deliver brand-aligned work
• Design and run research initiatives with Four Seasons to inform brand strategy
• Lead and support the Four Seasons/TCS Marketing Specialist
• Use customer insights and performance data to find growth opportunities and optimise marketing
• Improve processes for campaign execution, measurement and reporting
• Monitor, analyse and report marketing performance to senior leadership
• Manage and reconcile marketing budgets
• Align stakeholders across TCS and Four Seasons and work with Product, Sales and Business Development teams

Required profile

• Proven experience developing and running integrated marketing strategies across digital, content, email, social media, paid media, partnerships, events and performance reporting
• Ability to turn business objectives into actionable marketing plans with measurable results
• Project and stakeholder management in a collaborative, matrixed environment
• Strong analytical mindset and stakeholder influence without direct authority
• Coaching, mentoring or people management experience is a plus
