Leadership Solutions Manager

About the role

The Leadership Solutions Manager supports Odgers' Leadership Advisory Practice by managing complex client engagements, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and meet client expectations. This role acts as a trusted liaison between internal subject‑matter experts and client teams, guiding initiatives from sales conversations through successful implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide overall client delivery oversight for complex and integrated Leadership Advisory Practice (LAP) offerings.
• Serve as project manager for large, multi‑disciplinary accounts, coordinating timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to ensure smooth execution of leadership assessments, succession advisory, CEO & Board solutions, and coaching engagements.
• Act as a trusted engagement manager for both internal teams and clients, fostering strong relationships and high client satisfaction.
• Support sales conversations and contribute to solution design, ensuring alignment with client needs and organizational capabilities.
• Promote continuous improvement, attention to detail, and proactive initiative throughout project lifecycles.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in project or account management within consulting, leadership advisory, or related professional services.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across senior stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset, capable of working independently and as part of an integrated team.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in complex, integrated solutions.
• Commitment to delivering superior client service and continuous improvement.
