HR Process Excellence & Ops Specialist

About the role

The HR Process Excellence & Ops Specialist will strengthen the effectiveness, consistency, and governance of Human Resources operations across Armstrong Fluid Technology. This role focuses on HR data governance, workflow digitisation, automation, and the standardisation of processes and policies globally.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain HR data governance standards, conduct data audits and develop quality dashboards.
• Lead the digitisation of manual HR workflows into structured digital processes and automate key lifecycle steps.
• Map, document and standardise core HR system processes, creating SOPs, templates and governance documentation.
• Coordinate the development, review and centralisation of HR policies within a structured governance framework.
• Lead cross‑functional HR projects such as global onboarding redesign, contractor lifecycle governance and document digitisation.
• Partner with HR, IT and vendors to configure, test and implement digital HR workflows and system enhancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in HR operations, HRIS, process excellence or shared services.
• Proven track record of improving and standardising employee lifecycle processes.
• Experience designing and implementing digital HR workflows and PowerBI dashboards.
• Experience managing cross‑functional projects in a multi‑location or global organisation.
