Director, HR Transformation & Technology

About the role

The Director of HR Transformation & Technology leads the enterprise-wide agenda to modernize HR processes, technology, and data at Armstrong Fluid Technology. Reporting to senior HR leadership, this role drives strategic programs that align HR initiatives with business priorities and deliver measurable value.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, govern, and execute large‑scale HR transformation programs from concept through stabilization, ensuring benefits realization.
• Establish and lead an HR Technology Center of Excellence, defining strategy, standards, and governance for the HR tech ecosystem.
• Partner with IT, Finance, Operations and external vendors to align HR functional requirements with technology architecture, cybersecurity, and data governance.
• Drive process redesign across the employee lifecycle, emphasizing standardization, automation, and self‑service.
• Implement change‑management practices, stakeholder communication, training, and adoption strategies to sustain transformation outcomes.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in HR functional leadership combined with technology and digital transformation expertise.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, manage complex portfolios, and deliver cross‑functional projects on time and budget.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data quality, reporting, and workforce analytics.
