IT Support Specialist

About the role

Chatters is seeking an IT Support Specialist to deliver Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical assistance across its retail stores, distribution centre and corporate offices. The role focuses on maintaining a reliable technology environment for POS systems, endpoint devices, networking and enterprise applications.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for incidents and service requests in retail, warehouse and corporate settings.
• Troubleshoot POS hardware, software, networking and peripheral issues.
• Manage the IT support queue, prioritize tickets and act as an escalation point for complex problems.
• Deliver remote assistance to store teams using appropriate tools.
• Support store technology infrastructure, including networking equipment, VPN connections and internet services.
• Assist with integrations between ERP, WMS, POS, Accounting and HR systems.
• Help monitor and maintain Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Intune and Apple Business Manager environments.
• Support Cisco Meraki networking, FortiGate firewalls and VOIP management portals.
• Participate in technology roll‑outs, hardware deployments and new store set‑ups.

Required profile

• Strong problem‑solving abilities and customer‑service orientation.
• Experience working in a mixed retail and corporate IT environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tickets and prioritize workload effectively.
• Good communication skills for remote and onsite support.
