Technology Lead - Business Systems Analyst

About the role

Infosys is looking for a Technology Lead who will act as a Business Systems Analyst for customer‑facing telecom solutions. You will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to translate business needs into functional specifications and drive delivery using Agile practices.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business and technology teams to analyze needs and elicit requirements.
• Document functional and business specifications for mobile and web applications.
• Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration and ensure successful delivery through Scrum or Kanban.
• Define user stories, use cases, process flows and acceptance criteria.
• Support functional and user‑acceptance testing and validate API integrations.

Required profile

• Located within commuting distance of Mississauga/Toronto or willing to relocate.
• Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) from an accredited institution.
• At least 4 years of IT experience; 6 years preferred in business analysis or similar roles.
• Authorized to work in Canada without employer‑based visa sponsorship.

Required skills

• Strong business analysis, requirements elicitation and stakeholder‑workshop experience.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for backlog management and documentation.
• Deep understanding of Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Knowledge of API design and integration concepts (REST, SOAP).
• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman.
• Good grasp of cybersecurity principles and secure data handling.
