About the role
Under the direction of the immediate supervisor, the Intramural Sports General Official will help run ongoing sports programs on the Macdonald Campus, ensuring smooth operation of intramural activities.
Key responsibilities
- Officiate and referee intramural matches in soccer, badminton and volleyball.
- Coordinate games and apply sport-specific rules.
- Assist with player check-in and scorekeeping.
- Set up and take down equipment for each session.
- Maintain a safe and inclusive playing environment.
Required profile
- High school diploma.
- At least one year of related experience.
- Strong knowledge of the selected sports is an asset.
- Ability to learn quickly, multitask and stay organized.
- Authorized to work in Canada and willing to work in Quebec.
- English proficiency assessed at level 4.

What we offer
- Hourly wage of $16.85 (CAD) on a part-time basis (approximately 2 hours per week).
- Fixed-term contract from 8 September 2026 to 30 April 2027.
- Coverage under the AMUSE collective agreement.
