Intermodal Logistics Coordinator

About the role

Fuze Logistics Services is looking for an Intermodal Logistics Coordinator to join its Montreal office. The role supports sales and operations teams, ensuring smooth freight movement and high client satisfaction in a fast‑growing 3PL environment.

Key responsibilities

• Enter shipment data into the logistics software and track shipments from origin to destination.
• Provide timely status updates, daily tracing reports and document service performance.
• Respond quickly to customer enquiries and mediate with carriers to resolve issues such as missed pick‑ups, late deliveries, damaged freight or billing errors.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain client satisfaction and communicate any operational problems.
• Verify AP/AR rates on loads, manage exceptions and execute additional logistics tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• 6 months to 1 year experience in a similar logistics role, preferably within a 3PL, OTR or intermodal environment.
• Dynamic, customer‑service oriented with strong communication skills in English and French.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management and multitasking abilities.
• Reliable, resilient, professional and willing to work outside standard office hours when needed.
• Ability to follow SOPs with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using PC Miller and TMW logistics systems.
• Familiarity with CN/CP portals (asset).
• Advanced data‑entry capabilities.
