Part-Time Merchandiser

About the role

Coke Canada Bottling Merchandisers work in local grocery stores helping keep beverage sections, end caps, racks and displays fully stocked and available to consumers. They act as frontline ambassadors, providing superior service to clients and shoppers.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and replenish products on shelves, displays and coolers, moving items between backroom and front‑of‑store using pallet jacks or hand‑trucks.
• Build, change or remove product displays according to company standards, maintain signage and clean the product area.
• Follow all Coke Canada Bottling and store policies regarding backroom, display floor, replenishment, equipment and safety.
• Organise backroom stock, monitor inventory levels, process damaged product and complete required paperwork.
• Keep the work area orderly and clean in compliance with safety and sanitation requirements.
• Maintain professional relationships with co‑workers and customers.

Required profile

• At least 17 years of age.
• Minimum one year experience in grocery, retail, warehousing or a related field (preferred).
• Experience operating manual or powered pallet jacks (preferred).
• Personal vehicle with liability insurance for use during working hours.
• Valid driver’s licence with a clean record for the past three years.
• Ability to lift, carry and position products up to 50 lb (22 kg) above shoulder height.
• Ability to kneel, squat, reach overhead and stand or walk for long periods.
